These are the go to breakfasts I make for Nessness:
Steamed blueberry bread pudding –
It has one egg, one slice of bread, 1/4 to 1/3 cup of milk and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries…all four food groups! I beat the egg, add milk, rip a slice of bread into little bits and mix into the egg with blueberries. I substitute other berries or banana depending what’s in the fridge. Then I steam it for 15-20 minutes.
Steel cut oats –
Soak overnight then boil/simmer until done. I add an egg & milk & fruit.
